Over the coming week, each day will gently guide you deeper into the practice of self-compassion. These next seven days are an invitation to soften, to listen, and to begin relating to yourself in a new way — not through pressure or perfection, but through the gentle art of inner friendship. With each practice, you’ll be planting seeds that grow into a more trusting, loving relationship with yourself — one that will continue to unfold long after this journey ends.

Getting Started
Begin by watching the Welcome Video below to set your intention. Then click through to Day 1 of your practice.
Each day, you’ll receive an email with that day’s practice.
At the end of the week, you will gain access to the Practice Hub to navigate between days easily.
Allow about 15-20 minutes a day for 7 days — a simple, loving commitment to yourself.
Each day includes:
A short introduction video
A main practice (audio, video, or workbook)
A journalling prompt and micro-practice for the day

Take a minute to watch this short introduction video (2 mins 46 secs), where I’ll walk you through the flow of the week and how you can prepare for the journey ahead. Then take a few moments to move through the workbook practice to set your intention for the week.

Setting an intention at the start creates a clear and loving anchor — something you can return to whenever you need guidance. This isn’t about striving or self-improvement; it’s about listening to the quiet truth within and aligning with it.
Use the workbook below, alongside your journal, to take time to set your sankalpa for this journey. You might like to light a candle as you do this — a simple way to honour the sacredness of turning towards yourself with care and presence.
