No — you’ll receive one practice by email each morning, and you can do it whenever suits you.

How much time will it take?

What if I can’t keep up every day?
No problem. You’ll have lifetime access to all the practices, so you can revisit them in your own time.

I’ve never done this kind of thing before — is it for me?
Absolutely. The practices are simple and accessible. You don’t need any experience with meditation, journaling, or nervous system work. Just an open heart and a willingness to try.

Will I need anything?
Only a journal and pen for the reflection practices, and somewhere you can sit quietly for a few minutes each day. That’s all.
