I’ve worked with thousands of people over more than a decade, and I’ve seen first-hand how exhausting and relentless it can feel to live with an inner critic.

Everything in this programme has been designed to guide you through a clear, compassionate process — one that meets you where you are and supports you as you move from awareness into integration.
Each week builds gently on the one before, helping you uncover what’s been running your patterns, bring compassion to the parts within, and embody new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

JANUARY-MARCH 2026
OPENING IMMERSION - Saturday 10 January (10am–5pm UK)
Foundations for Healing
We begin by mapping your life timeline, exploring how your patterns formed, and creating the safety your system needs for deep inner work. You’ll learn mindfulness tools, nervous-system awareness, and the foundations of Internal Family Systems (IFS) so you can start relating to yourself with compassion instead of pressure.

Meeting Your Inner Parts
Discover the different parts of you — the voices, feelings, and behaviours that shape your inner world. You’ll learn to recognise them with curiosity, laying the groundwork for genuine self-understanding and internal harmony.
SESSION 2 – Tuesday 20 January (7–9 pm UK)
Protectors: Understanding Your Survival Patterns
We explore the protective parts that keep you safe through control, perfectionism, or avoidance. You’ll learn how to soften these defences gently and begin opening space for more ease and trust within.
SESSION 3 – Tuesday 27 January (7–9 pm UK)
The Inner Critic: From Pressure to Compassion
Meet the part of you that pushes, compares, or judges — and uncover what it’s truly protecting. Through compassionate dialogue, you’ll begin transforming self-criticism into understanding and support.
SESSION 4 – Tuesday 3 February (7–9 pm UK)
Wounded Parts & Reparenting
Learn to meet your most vulnerable inner parts — the ones that hold old pain or unmet needs. You’ll begin the process of reparenting from Self-energy: offering yourself the care, love, and protection you may have missed.
SESSION 5 – Tuesday 10 February (7–9 pm UK)
Healing the Past
Through reflective writing and guided processes, you’ll integrate what’s been uncovered — bringing compassion and closure to long-held emotional patterns and life themes.
SESSION 6 – Saturday 14 February (10-12 UK)
Breathwork & Somatic Release with Guest Expert
A guided Transformational Breathwork session to support emotional release and cellular integration. This session helps your body let go of what your mind has begun to understand — freeing space for deeper peace and embodiment.
SESSION 7 – Tuesday 17 February (7–9 pm UK)
Nervous System Mapping (Part 1): Awareness
Learn to recognise your emotional and physiological states with clarity. You’ll begin building your personal regulation toolkit — so you can meet life’s challenges with steadiness and care.
SESSION 8 – Tuesday 24 February (7–9 pm UK)
Nervous System Mapping (Part 2): Regulation & Trust
Deepen your regulation practices and strengthen your capacity to stay connected to Self-energy, even when triggered. You’ll learn how to trust your inner cues and cultivate resilience from within.
SESSION 9 – Tuesday 3 March (7–9 pm UK)
Integration & Embodiment
Bring everything together through embodied self-compassion. You’ll practise RAIN and other daily tools to anchor new patterns — turning understanding into lived experience.
SESSION 10 – Tuesday 10 March (7–9 pm UK)
Boundaries & Self-Expression
Learn to honour your truth with clarity and compassion. You’ll explore how to communicate and act from Self-energy, deepening your confidence and authenticity in relationships and everyday life.
CLOSING IMMERSION – Saturday 14 March (10am–5pm UK)
Values • Truth • Connection
A full-day closing immersion to celebrate your growth and embody your new inner narrative. We’ll explore your values, boundaries, and truth — anchoring your transformation in a life that feels aligned, free, and deeply your own.
This work is lifelong — and this journey is designed to set you up for success as you build a truly loving and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Your Self-Compassion Guide.
I’m a Self-Compassion Expert, Somatic & IFS Practitioner, and founder of Soulshine Retreats.
 Over the past decade, I’ve supported thousands of people through deep, lasting transformation using my signature approach, The Soulshine Way™ — an integrative blend of neuroscience, embodiment, and spiritual wisdom that helps you come home to yourself with love.
This 10-week journey is rooted in those same foundations. Together we’ll build clear awareness, understand where your patterns began, learn practical ways to regulate your body and emotions, and put self-compassion into daily action so real change can take root.
My work is for those who are ready to stop striving and start softening — to meet themselves with honesty, tenderness, and courage. Because when your relationship with yourself shifts, everything in your life begins to shift with it.
The Soulshine Way™ weaves Somatic Coaching, Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion, Nervous System Regulation, and Embodiment practices — not as theory, but as lived experience that helps you feel safe in your body, untangle old patterns, and free yourself from the ways the past continues to shape your present.

Do I need to attend live?
 Live attendance is encouraged as it allows you to connect, ask questions, and experience the group energy — but it’s not essential. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private programme hub within 24 hours, so you can follow at your own pace.
What if I miss a session?
 No problem. You’ll have lifetime access to all recordings, practices, and materials, so you can revisit them anytime and integrate at your own rhythm.
How much time should I allow each week?
 Each live session is around 2 hours, with optional practices to explore between sessions. Most participants spend about 1–2 hours a week on reflections, journaling, or embodiment practices.
I’ve never done this kind of inner work before — is it for me?
 Yes — absolutely. You don’t need any prior experience with Internal Family Systems, somatic practice, or meditation. Everything is guided gently and clearly. All you need is an open heart and curiosity to understand yourself more deeply.
I already work in therapy or coaching — will this still be helpful?
 Definitely. Many practitioners join to experience this work for themselves first-hand. The process helps deepen your own self-awareness, regulation, and compassion — which naturally enhances how you hold space for others.
What if I find this work emotional or intense?
 This journey is designed with great care to help you feel safe and supported as you go. The process moves gently, step by step, with grounding and regulation practices woven throughout.
 If you know this territory feels particularly tender for you, you may wish to add on 1:1 support alongside the group journey. You’re welcome to email me, and we can have a chat about what would best support you.
How many people will be in the group?
 The group is intentionally small — a maximum of around 20 participants — to ensure a sense of intimacy, safety, and personal connection.
What will I need?
 A notebook or journal, a solid Wi-Fi connection, a comfortable space to join the sessions, and a willingness to meet yourself with compassion. Everything else is provided.
Will this really make a difference?
 Yes — this is deep, lasting work. Over ten weeks, you’ll learn to recognise and soften your inner critic, understand your protective patterns, and begin relating to yourself in an entirely new way. The change may feel subtle at first, but it builds — and you’ll notice the ripple effects in every part of your life.

What’s your refund policy?
 Due to the small group size and the nature of this work, all bookings are final. However, if unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out — we’ll do our best to support you with options for transferring your place or joining a future round.
My Experience & Qualifications
I’m a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, and Transformational Coach, trained across multiple disciplines including:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy — Practitioner Training in Level 1; Level 2: Shame, Depression & Anxiety; and Level 2: Eating Disorders & Addiction 
- Transformational Coaching — Certified through the Animas Centre for Coaching (ICF-accredited) 
- Somatic & Embodiment Practices — Extensive study and immersion in approaches such as Embodied Flow with Tara Judelle, Nonlinear Movement, Kindred Somatic Meditation, and trainings with Michaela Boehm 
- Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Facilitation — Over a decade of mentoring and training with Sarah & Ty Powers and Ayala Gill through the Insight Institute 
- Yoga & Meditation Teaching — Thousands of hours of training, including two 200-hour certifications plus specialist trainings in Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Depression & Mood Management, Yoga for Sleep Therapy, Yin Yoga, Anusara Yoga, and Embodied Flow Yoga - Over the past decade, I’ve guided thousands of people worldwide through retreats, private mentorship, and professional trainings using The Soulshine Way™ — my signature approach that weaves neuroscience, embodiment, and spiritual wisdom to help people come home to themselves with love.
