🌹 11:15-11:45 – Opening Circle, Cacao & Intention Setting
Start the day with a powerful opening circle to set the intention for your journey of self-discovery. Enjoy a cup of sacred cacao, a heart-opening medicine, as you set your intentions for the day ahead.
🌟 11:45-13:45 – Soul Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Reflective Journaling
Embark on a journey to lovingly connect with yourself through Soul Flow Yin & Yang Yoga, powerful Yoga Nidra for deep rest and reflective journaling to deepen your relationship with yourself.
🧆 13:45 – Light Lunch
Enjoy a communal lunch in our space. (Bring your own packed lunch to share with others.)
🐍 14:15-15:45 – Movement Medicine Ceremony
Explore an embodiment practice and powerful ceremony to reconnect with all parts of your inner system. This dynamic practice blends conscious dance, mindfulness, and therapeutic movement to deepen your connection with your body and emotions. It's designed to help you release stress, increase Self awareness, and express yourself freely.
🦋 16:00-17:15 – Shine Bright Coaching Workshop
A coaching workshop exploring themes of self-compassion, self-love, and supporting you to shine your brightest.
💫 17:30-18:30 – Soul-Soothing Sound Healing
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing for deep relaxation and inner harmony, supporting the integration of the day’s magic. Pure bliss!
💞 18:30-19:00 – Sharing Circle & Closing Ceremony
A safe space to share your experiences and insights with the group before our final closing ceremony.
