For such a magical space nestled into the stunning Andalucian countryside, within its own 15 acre estate of cork forest, woodland and olive and almond groves and with uninterrupted mountain views, Finca Avedin offers a truly peaceful space to rest, retreat and return back to yourself.
We’ve chosen Finca Avedin as our home to create a true Sanctuary for our much-loved guests to experience a deeply nurturing Soulshine experience.

A space to retreat, relax and restore…
A traditional farmhouse, Finca Avedin has been lovingly restored to create a wonderful country home. Wrapped around a large central courtyard, you’ll find Moorish-influenced rooms with whitewashed walls, exquisite furnishings and carefully-chosen antiques as well as all the modern comforts you’d expect. The villa is spacious yet cosy, luxurious yet comfortable and has an amazing energy. We cannot wait to bring all our Soulshine love here.

Please note, as the Finca is in the cooler mountains, Air Conditioning is not provided at the property. Please leave valuables at home as there are no safes.

Travelling Solo? Never fear, the vast majority of our guests are solo travellers. You do not need to travel with a friend or partner to enjoy our shared rooms. We're so proud that we seem to attract just the loveliest people and have seen many a beautiful friendship flourish on retreat. Sharing will be with the same gender.

A charming room tucked away in a private corner of the house, Almendra Suite offers a superking bed and private ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. It also offers a gorgeous private terrace for your own personal sanctuary. Please note the bathroom is outside the bedroom with a private hallway separated from the main walkway by a curtain.

A charming room with doors opening directly onto the central courtyard. Limón Suite offers a single bed and double bed (for two independent travellers) or three single beds (for three friends booking together only). There is a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and W.C. Please note, when booking on a twin basis, there will be a double bed and a single bed. Whichever guest books the room first, will be in the double bed.

Vetiver Bell Tent
Twin Sharing Ensuite in beautiful grounds
A luxurious and spacious Bell Tent with full head height throughout and electricity. Our super Vetiver Bell Tent offers two twin beds and an adjacent shower room with W.C for exclusive use of the guests. All the way from Australia, these Bell Tents have an inner seal to ensure fresh air can travel through the space whilst keeping nature at bay. Comfortable Glamping at its best!

Room sharing?
You don’t need to travel with a friend to benefit from the room-sharing prices, as the vast majority of our guests are independent travellers and choose to share with a like-minded Soulshiner (same gender of course). We are very happy and proud to say that we attract the loveliest people and have seen many a friendship grow and flourish on our Soulshine Retreats. We also offer limited solo room options

What if your retreat is affected by COVID-19?
Our guests peace of mind is our priority and during these uncertain times we want anyone making a booking to feel confident that their investment is safe. We have a very fair, flexible and comprehensive policy in place which will be outlined to you upon enquiry.

Travel?
CHECK IN: From 16:30 on arrivals day CHECK OUT: By 10am on departures day
We will offer one return transfer from either Malaga (1.5 hours transfer) OR Gibraltar (1 hour transfer) Airport depending on the best flight options for each retreat date. All information will be provided upon enquiring. Car hire is also very affordable from each airport and will allow your the freedom to explore during your stay. We're always happy to support any questions that you might have.
IMPORTANT: Please note, in order to benefit from the included airport transfer, you will need to arrive and depart between specific times. As a guide:
ARRIVALS: Ready to leave Malaga Airport by 15:00. Ready to leave Gibraltar Airport by 15:30
DEPARTURES: Arriving at Malaga Airport for 11:45am. Arriving at Gibraltar Airport for 11:15.

Beginner on the yoga mat? Never fear, you are so welcome. Our classes are more suited to a strong beginner upwards although we will always offer options to keep everyone nurtured and challenged. Don’t let being a beginner put you off as it’s the perfect opportunity to set the foundations for your practice.
