INTEGRATION & EMBODIMENT
Session 2
Monday 9 May
Hi lovely ones,
Welcome to our Integration & Embodiment Session 2.
It was so beautiful to come together and practice this week. I hope you found the session supportive and soul-soothing.
We have included a session recording and have also included a shorter version of the embodiment practice only (for ease).
Your suggested reflective work is to simply come back to this practice whenever you can and create these moments of space for your nervous system to bring calmness and safety.
I would also recommend taking some of the nervous system specific practices and introducing them into your day in mini moments. There are many little gestures that can be done whilst commuting or at your work desk for example.
Remember, the big practices are great places to fill our reservoir and help our nervous system experience new ways of being. And the real change comes when we start opening the space between stimulus and response throughout our day, so we can recognise what is here and respond to it in new ways that support a loving and safe inner space.
I so look forward to our next session when we’ll continue to explore the nervous system. Please note, this takes place on Tuesday 24th May as I am on retreat (yay, can’t wait to see some of you there).
I hope you find this session and the resources supportive.
