Hi lovely ones,

Welcome to our Integration & Embodiment Session 1.

In this session we did a big recap on our Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Masterclasses plus the Opening Retreat.

We then explored the importance of Self and why the focus of these sessions and this programme will be around building your access to Self.

We finished with some utterly lovely Self-Soothing Touch as one of the practices to calm the nervous system and build greater space and Self energy.
