Your closing retreat

Hi lovely ones,

It was so special coming together for our Closing Retreat and really connecting into each of your journeys over the last 12 months. There were such beautiful insights and the connection amongst you all was just so beautiful.

I so look forward to meeting again in 3 months to check in and see how your intentions and commitments are integrating. I really recommend that you stay connected to one another. It’s such a special space to hold.

CLOSING RETREAT Session RECORDINGS

 

SESSION 1

Opening and Embodiment Practice

In this practice I combined many of the embodiment practices that we explored through the course of our full programme. I wanted to offer you a practice that you could keep returning to when you want to connect into what is here, calm your nervous system and connect to your inner system.


SESSION 2

Programme Recap and Exploring your Self-Care Toolkit

In this Session we went through all the practical strategies that we have explored through the programme. From the recap the offering was then to explore which practices you want to commit to exploring and integrating. This is a great session to set intentions to keep nurturing your resilience in a clear and tangible way.


SESSION 3

Your Soul Values Workshop

The more connected to our inner system we are, the more aware of our emotional blueprint and the more Self energy we can access, the more we can open to the possibility of walking on a path of greater and greater authenticity. The intention of this workshop was to connect to your SOUL values - not the goals or the shoulds or the inherited beliefs, but the values that LIGHT YOU UP. This is a celebratory session full of delight.


SESSION 4

Closing Session: Intention, Sharing and Blissful Nidra

Our final sharing circle. This one really opened my heart. It was so beautiful and emotional to listen to everyone’s journeys. We followed the closing circle with a beautiful intention setting Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. Yum!
