Hi lovely ones,

Welcome to Masterclass 4 - Exploring Attachment Theory

Your Next Steps…

  1. Take time to reflect on your Attachment Types and keep exploring the reflective questions from our session:

    • What attachment style (s) do you fall into?

    • What masks did you wear as a child to shield yourself from pain/rejection?

    • Describe your patterns and explain them in detail, how they developed and what you think you can do when you catch yourself in a familiar situation?

    • What does your system need to feel to be ‘reparenting to security?’.

    • What insights do you have about how your attachment type has affected your adult relationships

  2. If this resonates, then I recommend exploring the recommended reading and resources.

  3. Get curious about how to integrate and explore the healing approaches into your life.

  4. Stay compassionate as you connect into your Attachment Type. Know that it can bring up Grief and Anger. Journal and practice Self-Soothing Touch and Nervous System practices to meet your system with love and care. Let your Inner Young Parts know that you are here.
