La Balie is a collection of beautiful stone farm buildings dating from the 16th century set amongst the rolling terrain and Bastide towns of the Lot-et-Garonne in South West France.

The caramel coloured farm buildings are complete with thick stone walls, wooden beams and stunning views. Renovated in 2014 La Balie has now been transformed into a calming haven: the three stone cottages, smart, light-filled spaces, an expanse of lawned garden, an inviting salt-water pool and fantastic terrace swaddled by swathes of lavender.

Each of the three cottages has a large open-plan dining/living area with kitchen (not that you’ll be lifting a finger!). Rooms are simply decorated with white or exposed stone walls, neutral coloured sofas and armchairs and bedrooms are calming with rolling country views. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which are luxurious and immaculate.
