1. Programme Purpose
This programme is designed for personal growth and education. It may include Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed coaching, somatic and embodiment practices, and self-compassion exercises.
It is not therapy or medical treatment, and does not replace advice or care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
2. Health, Wellbeing & Crisis
This journey can bring up strong emotions. You are responsible for your wellbeing and for participating at a pace that feels right for you. Modify or pause practices as needed.
This programme is not suitable for those currently in acute crisis or experiencing severe mental health distress. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.
Always consult your physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified professional before undertaking new practices or changing medication.3. Intellectual Property & Materials
All programme content—including videos, audios, recordings, workbooks, written materials, and frameworks (including The Soulshine Way™)—is the intellectual property of The Soulshine Way Ltd.
When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning only. You must not copy, share, record, upload, publish, sell, or use these materials in your own work with others. Sharing or distributing materials without permission violates intellectual property law and these Terms.
4. Community Conduct
Where live sessions or group spaces are included, you agree to:
· Maintain confidentiality of what other participants share.
· Be kind, respectful, and non-judgmental.
· Avoid spam, solicitation, or disruptive behaviour.
Some sessions may be recorded for participant replay. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat function. Recordings are for private participant use only and may not be downloaded or shared.
4A. Recordings, Confidentiality & Use of AI
Live sessions may be recorded for participant replay and for the purpose of improving the quality of teaching and group support. Recordings may also be securely processed with AI tools for note-taking, transcription, and curriculum development to help refine and improve future versions of the programme. These tools are used in alignment with data-protection standards, and recordings are never shared publicly without consent.
Parts of live sessions may be repurposed or edited for future course materials or evergreen versions of this programme. Any content used in this way will be carefully reviewed to ensure that no personally identifiable or sensitive information is shared. You may keep your camera off, use the chat function, or notify the host if you prefer not to appear in a recording.
By enrolling, you consent to the recording and limited use of programme materials as described above.
5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Your place in the programme is confirmed only once payment is received.
· All sales are final. No refunds are provided except where required by law.
· If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled instalments even if you withdraw from the programme early.

Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes or transaction fees. You are responsible for any additional charges from your payment provider.
6. Access & Technology
We aim to provide smooth delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to platform maintenance, outages, or other technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore access quickly.
