It is genuinely such a pleasure and privilege to share these practices and incredibly special moments together and I truly believe in the incredibly bond that now exists between each of us.
As Women, it is our true nature to grow, support, heal, survive and thrive in communities of women. I’m going to be offering more workshops and events in the future alongside our retreats to create opportunities to come together.

Your Daily SELF-COMPASSION Journaling Template
Attached is a 7-day template for journaling. You can keep reusing it or simply use it as a guide for you in your own journal.
I recommend that you aim to do this for the next 30 days and beyond! This will truly support the practice of connecting to your nervous system, your parts and building self-compassion. This is a tangible practice for building your Self to Parts relationship to support the reparenting process for your system.

Non-Linear Movement Practice
I’m excited to include the Non-Linear Movement Practice here for you. I love this practice and highly recommend exploring this in your life. You can do so in such a simple way by playing even just one song a day and letting yourself move as whatever you are feeling - emotionally or physically. Remember, the only rules are to stay close to the floor (on all 4’s, back or knees), to keep your eyes closed and to keep moving. This is such a powerful practice to sensitive to listening to the wisdom of your body. I also find it incredibly helpful for processing big emotions like anger, sadness or grief. And it can be a very supportive practice to help us move through the nervous system.
What you’ll need: Yoga mat or blanket on the floor (just to protect your knees). Ideally headphones or the possibility to play loud music!
Notes on the below: The practice includes a workshop on Boundaries for the first 60 minutes (in case you want a refresher!). Then there is an introduction to the practice. Then there is the practice itself! Minutes as follows:
0-59 minutes - Boundaries Workshop (from an online workshop)
59- 1:06 minutes - Introduction to Non-Linear Movement
1.06 - 1.51 minutes - Non Linear Movement Practice (around 45 minutes long)

SOUND MEDICINE WITH LOUSILA

‘Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha' is a mantra to Tara, a beloved saviour deity in Buddhism known to liberate souls from suffering. Tara is known to protect from fear, danger, heal illness, and increase longevity and prosperity. On the ultimate level she awakens our wisdom so that we can realise the true nature of reality. It is believed that practice of Tara mantra brings Tara's instant help to overcome all problems and help actualise all our material and heartfelt wishes.
Creating your Sacred Space
I recommend that you create your own Sacred Space in your home. This is an example of my altar. Having a space to return to each day can help with that sense of connection and continuity to practice. My Altar brings me such joy each time I hang out with it and I take half of it wherever I go! Notice how I have a photo of Little Soulla on there too! I also keep one by my bed so I can keep connecting into my younger parts with love and care.

Cacaocita - La Medicina
As promised, here are some resources for you to explore working with the gentle, feminine medicine of Cacao. I love to drink it before my 1:1 sessions for heart-opening and to listen more deeply. I also use it whenever I’m doing vision boards to help call in guidance. Remember that it’s important to work out the right amount for you to avoid feeling overstimulated. When working with ceremonial cacao it’s definitely worth weighing it to begin until you’re familiar with amounts.
