R.A.I.N Practice - Meeting Yourself with Compassion

Today, we’re introducing a short but beautiful practice to bring self-compassion into everyday moments. RAIN offers a simple yet powerful framework to pause, meet what’s here with presence, and soften toward yourself.

STEP 2 - PRACTICE TIME

Now it’s time to put the RAIN framework into practice.
Once you’ve watched Step 1 and today’s introduction, settle somewhere quiet and comfortable, and take your time to listen to this 9-minute guided meditation (meditation starts at 1 min 47 seconds). I’ve included this as audio-only version so you can return to this practice with ease, again and again, whenever you need it most.


STEP 3 - JOURNAL, REFLECT & PRACTICE
