STEP 1 - START HERE
Self-Compassion & Your Nervous System
Today, we explore how your nervous system shapes the way you meet yourself and the world around you. By bringing gentle awareness to your body, you begin to create the safety and grounding that make self-compassion possible.
This short but powerful practice will help you connect to your natural rhythms, regulate your system, and lay the foundations for deeper inner friendship.

STEP 2 - PRACTICE TIME
Now it’s time to drop into the practice.
 Find a cosy, quiet space where you feel safe to pause and relax (somewhere other than your car!), and give yourself permission to fully arrive.
Once you’ve watched Step 1 and today’s introduction, settle in and listen to this 11-minute guided meditation (This video is 12 mins 55 secs).
 I’ve also included an audio-only version so you can simply close your eyes and follow along with ease.
STEP 3 - JOURNAL, REFLECT & PRACTICE
