Dear Soulshine Queens,

Welcome to your Shine Bright Programme Hub - a place for tools, practices and resources to keep you inspired, motivated and shining bright following your Soulshine Retreat.

It is genuinely such a pleasure and privilege to share these practices and incredibly special moments together and I truly believe in the incredibly bond that now exists between each of us.

As women, it is our true nature to grow, support, heal, survive and thrive in communities of women. That is why I am looking to create a space where we can continue coming together in community. I so hope that you will be part of our Soulshine Sanctuary.

RETURN TO SELF WORKSHOPS

Your Return to Self Workshops were focussed on the awareness and insight to help gain a clearer connection to who you are, your inner blueprint, narratives and how you came to be and live from those places. To continue exploring the themes from your Workbook, I have provided resources to inspire and build awareness around these themes below. SOUND MEDICINE WITH LOUSILA

The lovely Lousila has so kindly provided a range of beautiful sound journeys for you to keep enjoying in the comfort of your home. I have enjoyed all of them immensely and strongly encourage you to find moments to relax to the medicine of sound. Lay in a comfy place and I recommend headphones to immerse yourself fully.

'Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha' is a mantra to Tara, a beloved saviour deity in Buddhism known to liberate souls from suffering. Tara is known to protect from fear, danger, heal illness, and increase longevity and prosperity. On the ultimate level she awakens our wisdom so that we can realise the true nature of reality. It is believed that practice of Tara mantra brings Tara's instant help to overcome all problems and help actualise all our material and heartfelt wishes.



Creating your Sacred Space

I recommend that you create your own Sacred Space in your home. This is an example of my altar. Having a space to return to each day can help with that sense of connection and continuity to practice. My Altar brings me such joy each time I hang out with it and I take half of it wherever I go! Notice how I have a photo of Little Soulla on there too! I also keep one by my bed so I can keep connecting into my younger parts with love and care.

5 Love Languages

The 5 Love Languages offer amazing and super simple insight into how we give and receive love. It can be a serious game changer for our relationships - both intimate and with those around us. You can check it out here, which includes the online quiz to work out your Love Languages.

I think this really becomes a fascinating practice when we look at how we can translate those love languages into ways of attending to our own needs, building a loving and attentive relationship with ourselves. Work out what YOUR love languages are and then see if you can apply them to the ways that you care for yourself first.

Building Self-Care

Create Your Own Soulshine Nourish List

Print off the document below & write a list of all the things that nourish you, no matter how great or small. Fill it in and pop it somewhere you can see it. On the fridge, in your wallet. I loved doing this (and not just because I love a list!). Taking the time to recognise all the things that YOU love and that give you even a momentary warm & fuzzy is quite a joyful experience. Remember, you want all the things on the list to have no required outcome i.e. take care that there isn’t an underlying sense of having to ‘do’. Only pop things on there that fill your heart with happy.

Daily Nourish Log

Print off the log and every day commit to at least three items (or less!) on your list. It could be a candlelit bath, a siesta, a chat with a girlfriend. Whatever it is, commit to it and write it down each day. It will really help with that process of consciously making time for yourself, connecting to yourself and building a foundation for stronger self-care boundaries.

Well done for getting this far my love! Remember that there is no race or competition to read every book and listen to every resource. Take your time and savour the process. Check in with what resonates. Listen to your wisdom and let it guide you. Everything we need already exists from that place.

I cannot wait for our paths to cross again. We have so much more to share with you.
