Dear Soulshine Queens,
Welcome to your ‘Return to Self’ After-Care Hub - a place for tools, practices and resources to keep you inspired, motivated and shining bright following your Soulshine Journey.
It is genuinely such a pleasure and privilege to share these practices and incredibly special moments together and I truly believe in the incredibly bond that now exists between each of us.
As Women, it is our true nature to grow, support, heal, survive and thrive in communities of women. I’m going to be offering more workshops and events in the future alongside our retreats to create opportunities to come together.
Until our paths cross again, keep shining bright!
Let’s stay connected
Your Daily Journaling Template
Attached is a 7-day template for journaling. I recommend that you aim to do this for the next 30 days and beyond! This will truly support the practice of connecting to your nervous system, your parts and building self-compassion. This is a tangible practice for building your Self to Parts relationship to support the reparenting process for your system.
Your Workshops were focussed on the awareness and insight to help gain a clearer connection to who you are, your inner blueprint, narratives and how you came to be and live from those places. To continue exploring the themes from your Workbook, I have provided resources to inspire and build awareness around these themes below. There are books and podcasts which can be slowly savoured and explore on your journey back to yourself.
For ease, each book below can be clicked on to go straight to Amazon UK to purchase.
THEME:
Introduction to your Nervous System & Befriending your Nervous System

YOUR SOULSHINE MEDITATION LIBRARY
To support your continued exploration of Self-Awareness, the foundation for change, I have provided a range of Meditation practices below. Each of us are on a journey to explore the gateways that open for us in our quest to experience the ‘space between stimulus and response’. This is where the full and expansive possibility of transformation resides…
I also highly recommend Insight Timer App both to set your own ‘gong’ when meditating alone and also for the incredible resources and guided meditations.
SOOTHE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
I’ve shared some recordings from our Nurturing Resilience online group programme for you here so you can keep exploring practices to soothe your nervous system:
Creating your Sacred Space
I recommend that you create your own Sacred Space in your home. This is an example of my altar. Having a space to return to each day can help with that sense of connection and continuity to practice. My Altar brings me such joy each time I hang out with it and I take half of it wherever I go! Notice how I have a photo of Little Soulla on there too! I also keep one by my bed so I can keep connecting into my younger parts with love and care.
Here are the decks of cards that I had on our Altar during retreat…
Each image links to an Amazon page where you can purchase the decks.
And some of the sound instruments that I used in class.
For the wind chimes, I use Water. Again, both are linked to Amazon.
Cacaocita - La Medicina
As promised, here are some resources for you to explore working with the gentle, feminine medicine of Cacao. I love to drink it before my 1:1 sessions for heart-opening and to listen more deeply. I also use it whenever I’m doing vision boards to help call in guidance. Remember that it’s important to work out the right amount for you to avoid feeling overstimulated. When working with ceremonial cacao it’s definitely worth weighing it to begin until you’re familiar with amounts.

A final note…
Well done for getting this far my love! Remember that there is no race or competition to read every book and listen to every resource. Take your time and savour the process. Check in with what resonates. Listen to your wisdom and let it guide you. Everything we need already exists from that place.
I cannot wait for our paths to cross again. We have so much more to share with you.
