Welcome to Masterclass 1 - Exploring Mindfulness & Self-Compassion.

In this session we explored some of the common obstacles that can arise in a meditation practice. We then opened our hearts to the concepts of Self-Compassion. We explored why it is so important and why we are biologically often set up to struggle with holding ourselves in positive regard.

There was some beautifully vulnerable and honest group sharing and then we finished by looking at practices to explore to build your Self-Compassion.
