Your Workshop Recording

As our session included copyright music, you can find access to this recording at the Dropbox link below, where you can simply play them. It isn’t necessary to have a Dropbox account to access this files. Sometimes it will only show the first 40 minutes, so please ensure you have access to the full 1 hour 55 minutes recording before beginning. If you have any issues please simply email us.

What to bring to the Session

A Journal

  • We will be journaling in our session so please have everything that you need for writing. If you have a special journal, even better. It's the perfect opportunity to capture these sacred insights.

Recommended equipment (with some creative home alternatives)

  • Yoga mat if you have one. Otherwise carpet, rug or blanket will work

  • As we'll be doing quite a bit of movement on all 4's, I recommend having something soft for under your knees (blanket or folded towel for example)

  • Comfy & cosy clothing that you can move freely in. Layers to adjust to changing temperatures of the practice. I love to pop socks and a jumper on for the end of practice too

  • x2 bricks and a block (chunky books work too)

  • Blanket - for cosy meditations

  • Bolster - you can use firm pillows / cushions for this too

  • Eyepillow - or something soft like a scarf to place over the eyes

  • Something to sit on for Meditations
